I just realized that I didn’t blog about the biggest news!

My parents are moving to San Luis Obispo!!! My Dad landed a great job with the city employee’s pension fund. He started work July 6th and really seems to be enjoying it. He’s currently renting a studio apartment about 10 blocks from work. My Mom will be in Colorado off and on until their house sells. She took advantage of a perfectly timed early-retirement plan from the school district. Wohoo!

San Luis Obispo is a small-ish town (44,000 population) almost exactly halfway between San Francisco and LA. It’s about a 3 hour drive from us, much closer than Denver!
