New Workout Program

Here’s my new workout program (last program was posted about here). This one was produced by a personal trainer I’m working with at the gym at work. It’s the same program done three days per week. Each exercise is done for 3 sets of 10 reps.

  • Squat
  • Deadlift
  • Standing Leg Curl
  • Hyperextension
  • Shoulder Press
  • Chest Press
  • Incline Press
  • Lat Pull Down
  • Seated Row
  • Reverse Dips
  • Tricep Pushdown
  • Bicep Curl
  • Abs
