What Isn’t Good Covered in Chocolate?

Our chocolate endevours are broadening. Following the success with truffles we decided to try coating coffee beans and dried fruit with chocolate. We had some leftover chocolate so we also coated some almonds and Kashi cereal. (I don’t think the this is what the health food folks at Kashi had in mind with their cereal though.)

Chocolate covered mango, crystalized ginger, almonds, and coffee beans.
