This is what our fridge typically looks like on a Sunday afternoon, totally stuffed, ready for the work week. Griffin and I prep most of our meals for the week ahead of time so that we don’t have to fix them during the week and they are ready to grab and go from the fridge in the morning. In here you will see:
- 7 containers of yellow chicken curry eaten for lunch by both of us
- 4 small containers of brown rice to be eaten by me for lunch with the curry
- 1 large container of brown rice to be eaten by Griffin for lunch with the curry
- 4 small containers of chicken to be eaten by me as my “second lunch”
- 2 orange containers of bacon, bell pepper, and cheese frittata to be eaten by Griffin for breakfast
- 6 small containers of chocolate “protein pudding” to be eaten by Griffin as snacks
As you can see we are doing our best to help keep Ziploc’s disposible tupperware division a float.
