Gym Time

New personal record today in the gym! I deadlifted 185 lbs… for the first time… for TWO reps!!!! Wohoo!

Also, two notes for the women in the gym:

  • No texting while exercising. (Not even in between sets, she was texting WHILE she was “exercising”.)
  • I don’t care who you are, side bends with 5 lb weights will not get you the body you are working for. (Unless of course you are trying to make your waist bigger.) Please stop, you look ridiculous.
